Dear Citizens, on this historic decisive moment of the history of Egypt, and a decision by President Muhammad Hosni Mubarak to step down as President of the Republic and to instruct the Board of the Armed Forces Department of the country We all know the magnitude and seriousness of this matter, before the demands of our great people everywhere to make radical changes,
The Supreme Council of the armed forces looks, using God Almighty, to gain access to meet the expectations of our great people, and will be the Supreme Council of the Armed Forces of the later data sets out the steps, measures and procedures to be followed.
The Council at the same time is not a substitute for the legitimacy that satisfies the people.
And make the Supreme Council of the armed forces with all the greetings and appreciation to Mr. President Mohamed Hosni Mubarak for his work in the process of national war and in peace, and its position in preference to the national interest of the homeland.
In this regard, the Council of the armed forces go all the greetings and cherished for the souls of the martyrs who sacrificed their lives to sacrifice for freedom and security of their country and all members of our great people.
