- Abolition of the state of emergency immediately.
- The immediate release of all political prisoners.
- Cancel the current Constitution and its amendments.
- Solving the People's Assembly and Shura Council and local councils.
- The establishment of presidential rule by a transitional Council has five members, including four personal military and civilian figures known for their patriotism and agreed not to any member is entitled to run them for the first presidential elections to come.
- The formation of a transitional government of competencies and a national independent, does not include political trends or party managing the country's affairs and provides for the holding of general elections free and fair elections at the end of this period of transition for a period not exceeding nine months, may not be members of this transitional government to run for the first presidential elections or the parliamentary system.
- The formation of a Constituent Assembly to develop an original new democratic constitution in line with the oldest democratic constitutions and international covenants of human rights, call a referendum by the people within three months of the Declaration of the formation of the Assembly.
- The freedom to form political parties on the basis of a civil, democratic and peaceful, without limitation or qualification, and once the notification.
- Launch of freedom of information and exchange of information.
- Launch of the freedom to organize unions and civil society organizations.
